*Campbell Sales Institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at anytime without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.

We accept online reservations for all of our seminars and classes. Online registration is used to reserve a seat for the seminar or class and pay for it in advance, online.

If you cannot attend a seminar/class for which you have paid and are confirmed and cannot find a substitute to take your place, notify us by email, fax or phone no later than 14 days prior to your session’s start date to transfer or for a complete refund.

If you cancel with fewer than 14 days remaining before the start date of that course, and cannot find a replacement for yourself, you will be liable for the entire seminar/class fee. Once your payment has been received, you may request a courtesy transfer to use in any Campbell Sales Institute’s seminar or class of equal or lesser value. The courtesy transfer must be used within one year of the original cancelled session.

In fairness to all attendees, if you do not attend a seminar/class session for which you are confirmed, and do not cancel with a minimum of 2 weeks notice as described above, you will be charged the entire seminar/class fee.

Campbell Sales Institute reserves the right to cancel a seminar/class due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a seminar/class is cancelled by Campbell Sales Institute, we will refund the full amount paid or registrants can choose to transfer it to another schedule seminar/class.
